Caveat Cooks...I don’t profess to be a chef or cookbook writer. At best I could be described as an experimental home cook. Because I like to experiment, I rarely follow a recipe to the letter. I almost never measure anything (unless I’m baking) and as a result I rarely duplicate a success. Jack has at times made me “write down what I did” and these recipes are a result of my estimation of “what I did.” So cooks beware - measurements are sometime estimations - although lately I've been trying to measure as I go. – Joanne
